  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
  • Kindly note that check-in and key collection occur exclusively at the hotel reception.
  • Our front desk is open 24/7.
  • The accounts office operates from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays. Invoices and reservation vouchers will be generated strictly during these working hours.
  • GST/taxes are charged separately as per government directives.
  • Upon online reservation, guests will be charged a prepayment equivalent to the cost of the first night. The remaining payment for the entire stay will be charged upon check-in.
  • During check-in, guests are required to provide photo IDs, addresses, and phone numbers for all occupants. Room keys will be provided upon completion of registration at the hotel’s reception desk.
  • Subject to storage space availability, guests can store luggage at the reception.
  • Locker space is available for storing valuables at the reception, subject to availability.
  • All special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
  • It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable materials, explosives, firearms, or any combustible, hazardous, or objectionable items into the hotel.
  • The hotel strictly prohibits gambling, contraband/smuggled goods, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, and drugs on its premises.
  • Since our hotel is situated in a residential area, guests, especially those in groups, are expected to be respectful regarding noise levels in the evenings.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel amenities, articles, furniture, or property by themselves or their visitors. Payments for such losses and damages must be settled in full, as determined appropriate by the management.
  • Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. In exceptional cases, entry may be allowed with management approval, provided the visitor registers at the reception with a valid photo ID.
  • Please refrain from disturbing other guests or causing inconvenience within the hotel premises.
  • We expect all guests to behave respectfully, courteously, and decently.
  • Taking photos and videos in the hotel for commercial or public use is illegal and will result in legal action.
  • Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Goa.
  • Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and government regulations.
  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage due to their negligence or failure to follow hotel rules and instructions.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests who do not comply with our policies and rules.
  • The management retains the right to change or update these policies, terms, conditions, and rules without prior notice.
